When registering to attend the conference, as a delegate, speaker or poster presenter, you will be asked to provide information about you, including your contact details. Conference registration, oral and poster presentations are considered to include your consent to us holding the information about you, for the purposes of administering the conference. We do not hold any information other than that which you give to us. Your data may be read by the Guarantors (our Trustees), secretary and the team that support our IT, but we do not pass on any information to third parties.
